Where is Dims server colocation data center?

Our servers are hosted in Exabytes Data Center, located in AIMS data center KL and Suntech Cybercity Penang. Exabytes data centers are award-winning data centres in Malaysia.

Does Dims support full training?

Customer support team will conduct a full training via zoom video. Day to day support via whatapps group, ticket portal, video training module and zoom confference.
